Writing means the occasional mistake. The rule here is simple: when we find something we got wrong, we fix it and log "what changed" in the open — rather than quietly editing it and pretending nothing happened. This page will grow slowly over time, and that's not a bad thing — it means we take every detail seriously.

2026-06-21Wording on the About page

An early draft of the About page used phrasing like "professional team." That clashes with the site's principle of "the author writes under a pen name and invents no credentials," and could give the wrong impression of some kind of authoritative backing. It's now been changed to state the plain truth: these are just notes compiled by someone who's been through it.

2026-06-20Fees on the chain-selection page

An early version of the "Picking a chain to withdraw on" tool listed specific fee figures for each chain in its comparison table. But those fees float in real time with network congestion and platform policy, and writing them in stone is easy to mislead with. It's now been changed to show only relative high/low, with the emphasis on "follow whatever your withdrawal page currently displays."

2026-06-18Fee rates in the fee calculator

The fee calculator originally hard-coded the fee rate as a fixed example value, which readers might mistake for a promise. It's now been changed so the rate is adjustable by hand, with a note added: "the fee rate follows what Binance's official page currently shows, and changes with your account tier and ongoing promotions."
